1.) Can you tell us a little about Siamsport and how it got started?

Siamsport is a Thai sports media with contents covering every angle of sport matters. Since we launched in 2000, we have seen the change in readership from offline to online hence we strive to continuously improve our content for our readers in the digital space.

2) Who are your targeted audience/readers?

Any Thais who love both local and global sport content.

Our content is very reliable, original, and promptitude. We have 200 reporters across Thailand and 5 reporters across the world covering all sports related news and events.

4.) What are the main challenges faced by you in this highly dynamic online media ecosystem?

The fast changing user behaviors, technological advancements, and global platforms domination are the main challenges. We need to adapt extremely fast by using data to understand our audiences better.

We have a data driven content strategy in place to create and improve our content and we give the ownership of data to the editorial team. English Premier League has always been the most discussed topic until the past few years where we have noticed a trend of local sport content (like boxing or Thai Premier League) getting more popular.
